I used to live alone with my cat in one appartment, today I live with Nicole, my classmate. When I was alone I liked cooking, other people don't like this because they get lazy when they have to cook for themselfs. But I don't mind... I need eating and also it can be a gourmet experience.
So, from the moment that I learned to made meat “mechada” I
haven't stopped. This meat I cook it in pressure pot because if not,
you cooking most for 8 hours. First, I perforating a meat with garlic
for a moment. For a base I occupying onion, carrot, bacon, bell
pepper and spices, this is after of seal meat. When all ingredients
are in the pot, I add red wine for a best flavour. Cooking for 40
minutes.I like as a sidedish potato purèe with milk without lactose and without shaker, like this it doesn't get air into it.
The presentation is very important because is more atractive, if you serve a potato purèe with coriander up.. the thing change. And, if you serve gravy down with vegetables on meat, its ok ;).
